Deliveries are carried out by external, independent, and professional Carriers.Goods are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Should there be any address-related issues with delivery Contact-us
If Goods are being ordered, export duties and taxes may apply, and be charged against and borne by the Customer.
If - before handing over a package to the Customer- the Carrier states that it es either damages or incomplete, the Carrier and the Customer will determine a cause and execute an adequate protocol stating the facts concerning the defect.
The same rule applies where the Customer claims that the package is damaged upon arrival.
If the package are damaged :
An adequate protocol is a photo of the damaged package with shipping address from customer.
If the product is damaged :
An adequate protocol is a photo of the damaged product and the package with shipping address from customer.
We do our best to replace the product if we have a protocol.
Certain products an brands may be restricted within your country and as such there may be times when we have to refuse supply.
